Brito Remodel & Construction is a residential remodeling company serving homeowners across Houston, TX. We are not a commercial builder who takes on the occasional house. Homes are the only thing we do – which means the kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces families use every single day.
Most of our work falls into three areas:

Our Story
Brito Remodel & Construction was founded on a straightforward observation: most homeowners don’t dread remodeling because of the construction. They dread it because of everything around it – the contractor who stops answering the phone, the estimate that quietly grows by 30%, the crew that shows up on a schedule nobody explained, the project that drags weeks past what was promised.
We started this company to do residential work differently, and to do it well enough that homeowners would call us again for their next project instead of starting their search over.
That’s why we stayed in the residential. Commercial construction is a different business with different priorities, and splitting focus between the two means neither gets the attention it deserves. Working exclusively in homes has taught us the things that only come from repetition: how Houston’s older homes in the Heights are actually framed, what’s usually hiding behind a 1970s bathroom wall, which HOA and permitting requirements slow a project down in Memorial Village, and how humidity here punishes the wrong materials.
Craftsmanship matters to us because a remodel isn’t judged on installation day – it’s judged five years later. Tile that’s still level. Cabinet doors that still close right. Grout that hasn’t failed.
